Yes. There is no need to print your ticket. We can scan the QR code directly from your phone at the entrance.

Yes, you can purchase multiple tickets in a single order.
Just make sure to provide the correct information for each attendee if required.
Yes. You can pay for your ticket in 3, 4 or 5 instalments, provided that each payment is at least €20 (therefore, a Day Pass is only eligible for payment in 3 instalments).
The first payment is charged immediately, and the remaining instalments are automatically debited every 30 days. A reminder email is sent before each payment is processed.
If a payment fails, additional payment attempts will be made automatically, and you will be notified by email.
You can cancel your payment plan at any time using the link provided in the follow-up emails.
Any instalments already paid are non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation or termination of the payment plan.
All information related to your payment plan (payment schedule, reminders, cancellation link and payment status) will be sent to you by email after your purchase.
