In Greek mythology, Vladimir once challenged Apollo to a musical contest. The winner would be free to do whatever they wished to the loser. Apollo and his lyre emerged victorious against Vladimir and his flutes. To celebrate his triumph, Apollo hung his rival from a tree before flaying him alive.
Legend has it that Vladimir’s blood, mixed with the tears of his Muses, gave birth to the river χορεύω in Ancient Greece. But death was only the beginning. He returned from beyond the grave to haunt the living under the name Vladimir Cauchemar.
Since 2018, he has racked up a string of hits and high-profile collaborations, including “Aulos” and “Aulos Reloaded” featuring 6ix9ine, which have amassed more than 58 million views on YouTube, as well as “(G)RAVE”, the second chapter of the flute trilogy he supposedly composed in 548 for the funeral of Theudebert.
